What is most useful to include
- The exact model name and, where relevant, the firmware or software version
- Serial or batch numbers for anything that looks like a manufacturing issue
- How many units you have seen the behaviour on, and over what period
- The measurement method, if you are contradicting one of ours
- Whether you are happy to be named if we publish
